I have been making celebration and wedding cakes for over 10 years and love to work with a client to create a special design that will help celebrate life’s wonderful occasions, whether a wedding, christening, anniversary or birthday.
Traditionally trained, I can offer customers classic wedding cakes with sugar flowers - decorated with sugarpaste or royal icing – but now also work with other media such as wired jewels, clay and crystals to offer you many special and contemporary designs.
